FAQ

Everything parents ask us.

How do I enroll my child?

All enrollment happens online through our parent portal. Create an account, find your child’s class by age and level, and reserve their spot — it takes just a few minutes. If you’re not sure which class fits, call us at (985) 386-4966 and we’ll help you choose.

What should my gymnast wear?

Girls: a leotard (shorts optional), hair pulled back, no jewelry. Boys: athletic shorts and a t-shirt tucked in. Everyone works out barefoot — no socks or shoes on the equipment.

Can I watch my child's class?

Yes — parents are welcome to watch from our viewing area. During class time we ask that you sit back and enjoy the show, so your gymnast can keep her focus on the floor.

When is tuition due?

Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month, with a late fee applied after the 10th. You can also pay the full session up front at enrollment. Payments are handled in the parent portal.

What if we miss a class?

Let us know ahead of time when you can. Athletes who miss three consecutive classes without notice may be dropped from the roster, so a quick call or email keeps your spot safe. Ask the front desk about make-up options for excused absences.

How do I withdraw from a class?

We ask for two weeks’ written notice to withdraw. Tuition continues through the notice period, and your portal account is updated once the withdrawal is processed.

How does my daughter move up a level?

Coaches evaluate skills throughout the session. Ruby and Diamond are invite only — when your gymnast is ready to move up, her coach will let you know.

How do kids join the competitive team?

Team placement is by evaluation, and most team athletes come up through our recreational levels. If you think your athlete is ready, contact us to set up an evaluation.
