From this website, whatever you type into a form. Our careers form asks for your name, email, phone number, the position you are interested in and your experience. Our staff and parent surveys ask for a name and your answers. From enrollment, when you register a child we collect parent and student names, birth dates, your address, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, any medical or allergy notes you give us, and a payment method. We do not buy information about you from anyone else.
To run classes and teams, to bill you and process payments, to reach you about schedules, closings, meets and events, to answer your questions, to keep your child safe in the gym, and to review job applications. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it.
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about schedules, closings, billing and gym news. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All OPT-IN requests include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
Only the companies that help us run the gym, and only so they can do that work. Jackrabbit Class holds our student records, schedules and billing. Jackrabbit Pay processes card payments. Webflow hosts this website and stores form submissions. We also share information when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect someone's safety. Nobody receives your information for their own marketing.
We do not store card or bank account numbers. When you pay online or at the front desk, the card is handled by Jackrabbit Pay, our payment processor. What we can see is the card brand, the last four digits, and whether the payment went through.
Children do not create accounts with us. A parent or guardian provides the information we hold about a student, and only a parent or guardian can change it. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has given us information without your permission, contact us and we will delete it.
We take photos and video in the gym and at meets, and we sometimes use them on this website, in email and on our social media. With a room full of kids we are not able to check every child in every photo before it goes up. If a photo or video is posted and you want it taken down, email office@cypresspointegym.com or call (985) 386-4966 and we will remove it. You do not have to give us a reason.
This site does not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It is hosted on Webflow, which sets the cookies needed to serve the pages and keep form submissions working, and it loads fonts from Google. If that changes, this page changes with it.
Student and billing records stay while your family is with us, and afterward for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and insurance purposes. Job applications are kept for a year. Survey answers are kept until they are no longer useful. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link at the bottom of any of them, and stop our texts by replying STOP. Email office@cypresspointegym.com or call (985) 386-4966 and we will take care of it.
