The Cypress Pointe competitive team develops gymnasts from their very first pre-team practice through compulsory and optional levels, competing at invitationals across Louisiana and the region — including our own hosted meets.
Team athletes train multiple days per week with dedicated team coaches. Placement is by evaluation, and most of our team comes up through the recreational levels — Diamond athletes are often invited to evaluate.
