Tentative schedule

Dates, locations and levels can change as meet hosts finalize their plans, and we might not know session times until the week of each meet. We will update this page as soon as we have new information.

Season at a glance

Nine stops from January to June. Every gymnast competes in the Louisiana meets for her level; the Florida and Las Vegas trips are for Levels 5-10. Regionals and Nationals are optional for gymnasts who qualify.

Good to know
About 50 minutes from Ponchatoula, so most families drive in each day. Fremaux Town Center shopping and dining is 3 minutes away.

Not announced yet. The last two were held in Georgia and North Carolina, so plan for a travel meet.

Gymnasts qualify by score at State. The turnaround after State is only a few days, so we will ask families ahead of time whether they plan to go if their gymnast qualifies.

Gymnasts qualify by score at Regionals. Sevierville is next to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, and June is peak season there, so book lodging early if your gymnast qualifies.

Planning your weekends

How meet weekends work

Session times

We might not know session days and times until the week of each meet. Your gymnast competes in one session, usually 3 to 4 hours from warm-up through awards. Please keep the whole weekend open until then.

Travel meets

Florida and Las Vegas are for Levels 5-10. Hotel blocks fill up, so watch the booking deadlines above. Please do not book flights until we confirm entries.

Our home meet

Cypress Pointe hosts the Southern Classic in Hammond. We will need parent volunteers to make it a great weekend. More to come!

Post-season

Gymnasts qualify by score from the regular season to State, from State to Regionals, and from Regionals to Nationals. Regionals and Nationals are optional for families.
